Customer Advisory on new Customer Assistance Center number
Starting October 6, 2019, Toyota Motor Philippines customers may reach the Toyota Customer Assistance Center through the new 8-digit format: (02) 8-819-2912.
This is in compliance with the directive of the National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) to telecoms providers requiring the migration of its customers in Metro Manila to eight-digit telephone numbers. This change also applies to phone numbers of Toyota offices and dealerships within Metro Manila or those using the (02) area code. To call using the new format, just add an 8 at the start of the existing landline number. For example (02) 123-4567 can be reached by calling (02) 8-123-4567.
