There are two types of Service Campaigns:
A Toyota program for the inspection and/or repair of specific vehicles in order to prevent safety-related problems for occurring. This Service Campaign has no warranty claim time limit period and the prescribed service will be performed at no charge to the vehicle owner.
A Toyota program to inform customers of a product or technical issue wherein an inspection and/or repair of specific vehicles to address customer satisfaction-related product or technical issue. This service campaign is offered for a specific period only and the prescribed service will be performed at no charge to the vehicle owner.
