1 .What is an E-Invoice?

E-Invoicing and E-Receipt are digital versions of the official invoice and Official Receipt (OR). Instead of manually issued printed documents, invoices and receipts are now generated electronically in compliance with BIR regulations.

2. Is an E-Invoice legally valid?

Yes. Under BIR Revenue Regulations No. 11-2025, electronic invoices issued through a registered electronic invoicing system are recognized as valid invoices and may be provided electronically to customers.

3. How will I receive my E-Invoice?

Your E-Invoice will be sent to the email address you provided during your transaction. Please ensure that your email address is accurate and updated.

4. Will I still receive a printed invoice?

Depending on the transaction and dealership process, a printed copy may be provided. However, the E-Invoice sent electronically serves as your official digital invoice.

5. What should I do if I do not receive my E-Invoice?

Please check your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folder. If you still cannot locate your E-Invoice, contact your servicing Toyota dealer for assistance.

6. Can I use my E-Invoice for warranty, service history, reimbursement, or record-keeping purposes?

Yes. Your E-Invoice may be used as proof of transaction, subject to applicable company, government, or institutional requirements.

7. Can I request that my E-Invoice be sent to a different email address?

Yes. Please inform the dealership before the transaction is completed so your preferred email address can be updated.

8. What if I entered the wrong email address?

Please contact your dealership immediately so they can verify your transaction details and assist with the necessary correction process.

9. Is my personal information secure?

Toyota Motor Philippines and its authorized dealers implement appropriate security measures to protect customer information in accordance with applicable data privacy laws and regulations.

10. Why is Toyota implementing E-Invoicing?
