Toyota Motor Philippines Corporation implements health proto

Toyota Motor Philippines Corporation (TMP) fully supports the Philippine government’s efforts in safeguarding public health and safety amidst the COVID-19 pandemic. In line with this, TMP confirms its latest COVID-19 case involving one of its employees who tested positive last July 19, 2020.
As an immediate response, TMP implemented the following measures:
- Quarantine for 14 days by the COVID-19-positive employee;
- Contact tracing of individuals who were identified to have had direct interaction with the COVID-19-positive employee;
- Disinfection and deep cleaning of identified areas the COVID-19-positive employee has frequented; and -
- Other measures prescribed by DOH and the IATF guidelines.
TMP will continue to implement established health protocols and take precautionary measures to deal with this issue, closely working with all concerned government agencies, including the relevant local authorities, to prevent the further spread of the virus.
