30-DAY PAYMENT EXTENSION

Toyota Financial Services Philippines has released the payment guidelines for areas under Enhanced Community Qurantine (ECQ), Modified Enhanced Community Qurantine (MECQ), and General Community Qurantine (GCQ).

WARRANTY EXTENSION AND PERIODIC MAINTENANCE

As most part of the country are already under General Community Quarantine (GCQ), we are pleased to inform all our valued customers with vehicle warranty lapsing during the Enhanced Community Quarantine (ECQ) and Modified Enhanced Community Quarantine (MECQ) that we have extended your vehicles’ warranty coverage for 60 days from lifting of ECQ and MECQ in your area as indicated in our previous advisories.  With this, we highly encourage you to immediately set a service appointment at your preferred Toyota dealer so we can attend to your servicing needs.   Similarly, owners of vehicles due for Periodic Maintenance Service during ECQ and MECQ periods are encouraged to book service appointment within 60 days.
 
However, all Toyota vehicles with warranty coverage lapsing in areas that are still under MECQ are given a 60-day extension once it is lifted to GCQ.
 
Likewise, all Toyota vehicles scheduled for Periodic Maintenance Service within areas under MECQ shall be given a 60-day grace period once it is lifted to GCQ.

TO ALL TOYOTA INSURE POLICY HOLDERS NATIONWIDE:

In view of the government’s announcement of the General Community Quarantine (GCQ), we are pleased to announce that all our dealers will be open to facilitate renewal of your policies.  Kindly note that extension of policy coverage is effective until May 16 only, hence, we are requesting all our valued customers to confirm renewal notice to your respective dealers. Kindly be guided that the original policy expiration date will be the basis of renewal. 

Moreover, should you have concerns related to insurance renewal, premium payment or claims, kindly contact your respective dealers so that they can properly assist and process your requests.
